Copyright Ownership: All digital photo files sold by John Sloan dba Foxtrot Photography ("PHOTOGRAPHER") remain the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHER, including all associated copyrights. Permitted Uses: Purchasers are granted the right to print and share the purchased digital photo files for personal, non-commercial purposes without limitation. Prohibited Uses: Purchasers are explicitly prohibited from selling, reselling, distributing for commercial gain, or claiming the digital photo files as their own creation. Modifications: Purchasers may modify the purchased digital photo files for personal use, but any modified versions must not be used for commercial purposes or claimed as original creations. Liability: PHOTOGRAPHER holds no responsibility for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the purchased digital photo files. Termination: PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to terminate or restrict the usage rights of any purchaser found violating these terms and conditions. By purchasing and using PHOTOGRAPHER's digital photo files, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
